After another hiatus we are finally ready go, pardon the dust while we upgrade your experience.

We are not yet in the final location but lucky for us (and you) we can already start general educational advice and fireside chats with the first one being “Learn to learn” on August 16th streaming live for our supporters on Patreon and buymeacoffee.

These general chats and advice sessions are included for all supporter tiers.

We expect the first real teaching session in “Organizational Behavior” to be uploaded in mid September – in time for the start of your semester. These sessions are part of the Educator tier.

When understanding is the key but skills and knowledge are “boring”, wrap it into something else. Subconsciously teaching the necessary skills and knowledge can be entertaining and fun.

Initially I had no idea how much serious research already has been done in regards to Zombies and a potential Zombie Apocalypse. However, the scenarios are all too real as evidenced in this pandemic.

Long story short, I had lots of fun running a Simulation with the title “Survive the Zombie Apocalypse”.

The first item shared here is a piece of research by Ms Bing Wu Berberich concerning the ‘Volunteer Psychological Contract’.

Understanding and better managing of volunteers is becoming vital for the charitable (third) sector. Forming a crucial (free) workforce it is argued that a better understanding of the reasons why volunteers decide to offer their time and skills to contribute to organisational success is required. Line management is instrumental in such an attempt.
